The OxMetrics User Conference provides a forum for the presentation and exchange of research results and practical experience within the fields of computational and financial econometrics, empirical economics, time-series and cross-section econometrics, and applied mathematics. The conference program will feature keynote presentations, contributed paper sessions, poster sessions, and a panel discussion with the OxMetrics developers. We expect all OxMetrics developers (Jurgen A. Doornik, Andrew Harvey, Siem Jan Koopman, and Sébastien Laurent) to be present as keynote speakers. Other keynote speakers will be announced soon. The conference is open to all those interested, and not just to OxMetrics users. 

Submissions:

The submission deadline for contributed papers has passed, but the program committee is still accepting submissions for poster sessions by email to both Neil R. Ericsson (ericsson@frb.gov) and Frederick L. Joutz (bmark@gwu.edu) on or before Tuesday 31 January 2012. 

Online registration now available - Paper presenters and Conference delegates are required to register their place at the Conference.

Short courses - 2012 Econometrics Spring School. On March 12-14, immediately prior to the conference, the OxMetrics development team will offer short courses on Economic Forecasting, Econometric Modeling, and Volatility Modeling. Click here for full details.
